I am a trauma-informed therapist that specializes supporting healing from trauma, depression, and perinatal and postpartum mental health. My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to each person’s needs. Whether you’re navigating the effects of past trauma and PTSD symptoms, pregnancy-related stress, postpartum mood changes, or the complex transition into parenthood, we can work together to map out a plan to get you back to feeling like “you” again.

Welcome!

I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Art Therapist, that currently provides virtual therapy sessions throughout California and New York.

My clinical work has been focused on supporting people that are experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma responses, and perinatal mental health concerns. My methods for therapy includes use of evidence-based models such as CBT, TF-CBT, Motivational Interviewing, and Art Therapy.

As a mother of three, I realized there is a deficit in available support for mothers and their mental health, and decided to grow my focus and add to that support system. Offering virtual therapy has allowed many new or expecting mother to attend therapy without adding more to an already full plate!

I utilize humor and authenticity to build rapport and establish a safe space to explore what goals for therapy may look like.
